The 2023-2024 Lima Community Swimming Pool Birthday Calendar is in the works! The calendar is an easy way to support the pool and stay in touch with the Lima/Dell Community. Calendars are printed in full color and feature photos of the Lima School student body and ads from our local businesses. Each calendar is $20 and can be ordered with or without your household's birthday/anniversaries listed. The calendars run August to August. Lima School Alumni could pick their calendars up at the upcoming All School Reunion this August. Interested? Congratulations to Nathan Rayburn and Taryn Martinell. Both students were awarded the Montana State University System STEM/Healthcare Scholarship valued at $6,000 over 4-years. Additionally, Nathan was awarded the Montana State University System Honor Scholarship which is a 4-year tuition waiver valued at $20,000. Nathan will be attending Montana Tech studying Mining Engineering and Taryn will be attending Montana State University studying Agricultural Sciences.

Congratulations to our students who made it as finalists in Montana Chamber of Commerce's "The Prospects Competition". These students were asked to create a 1000 word or less business proposal along with a 2 minute video explaining their proposal. The students moving forward in the competition are: Carter Rayburn, Oasis Mauri Mickelsen & Maymi Mickelsen, Lima Recreational Center Savannah Nelson, Kiersten Bernard, Rayne Kindberg, Isabell McQuiston & Ty Wellman, Spring Hill Pond These students will know if they've placed in this competition on Thursday, April 20. If they place, they will have a chance at additional prizes in the grand champion pitch competition in Bozeman, May 21-23. If you see any of these young entrepreneurs around town, please congratulate them and wish them good luck!
